With over two decades of experience in real estate and mortgage lending, I bring a deep understanding of both industries to every client relationship. A Central Texas native, I earned a BBA in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship from Baylor University in 2000 and began my career as a loan officer serving the Waco and Austin markets. I expanded my skillset in Arizona, working as a loan officer, underwriter, and closing coordinator before returning to Waco to open Brazos America Mortgage in 2005. Shortly after, I launched Gateway Realty and grew both companies through strategic leadership and market insight.

Despite challenges during the mortgage downturn, I continued to build my career—developing downtown Waco real estate and co-founding Austin’s On The Avenue, a successful bar and grill. After selling that business, I returned to real estate full time, managing multiple apartment complexes and commercial properties while staying attuned to shifting market conditions.

I later re-entered the mortgage world, working with Baylor University’s credit union and serving as an in-house loan officer for Magnolia Realty through loanDepot during a period of major market growth. My experience also includes residential land development, with multiple successful subdivisions in the City of West.

In 2022, I returned to full-time real estate brokerage with The Vander Woude Group, partnering with trusted industry leaders Kevin and Heather Vander Woude. Together, we offer clients the benefit of decades of real estate and lending expertise throughout Central Texas.
